Hi idcc. Did I miss something? Did court papers show that Archer IS the one entity that was the bidder on the IP? Just to recap, Linda Richenderfer told me there had been two bidders, one dropped out, but the remaining one could not be disclosed because there was a confidentiality agreement. I did think we'd get to know the name of the bidder and the amount of the bid before everything was finalized. I thought that would be a needed step on the court status report before any final decision--like a matter of public record.
