Bill,

Several things happened since the annual meeting o change my mind.

1. I had a phone conversation with one of the Hayden individuals in which he displayed a negative attitude regarding our CEO and he also told me he was pushing our CEO to do the raise at a lower price. The good thing is our CEO has stuck to his guns and would not go back on his word that it had to be above $3. So the CEO went up a few notches in my book and HAyden sunk.

2. Hayden published the fluff PR on Dec 4th that I earlier referred to. That was not what the company or stock needed and it simply lead to questions about order strength.

3. I was contacted by a VirTra employee named Manny in a very sloppy attempt to calm me and perhaps buy my shares. He was unprofessional, he was misleading, and I believe this was done with Hayden's knowledge.

I still love the company and believe in the stock but the CEO needs to surround himself with better people. Or put another way, in my opinion he has a few snakes around him with motives that do not align with his or ours.

I bought another 3900 shares yesterday and my share count will continue to climb.
