They are not the IR firm, but they are the facilitators to get us SEC approval. Laydon is the IR firm. Now having said that, 3 letters, (2 amended) and we are not close to our goal. I could be wrong, but the last letter went out 12/22/17 and the clock began all over again. Gregg knows this stuff better than me, but all 3 letters did say that they were going to get a 150K commission. BTW no one knows what we're paying the IR firm, and never will, because VirTras Financials never include a line item G&A expense item detail.
