i agree,...it's still being accumulated in this price range channel.

soon HIVE management will begin placing the US symbol PRELF on all their press releases. that will open the flood gates for new HIVE investors. supply and demand is in play.

I don't see PRELF as "dropping", but more like stalled in a tight range?

I agree it is frustrating however since as you say, Ethereum is moving up!

My theories:
The disconnect between HIVE & PRELF and the "non-US" statements may be confusing/scary to some?

The PP share overhang, OS, & relatively high market cap. However, they raised a lot of cash, fast from accredited investors which is "good". Maybe need a bit more time?

Lastly, they are just starting up. I don't know when we can expect a progress update, but some kind of "report" with details that things are up & running, churning out Cryptos, & the plan is "working" would go a long way.
