PHOT went up because of what people saw in the future and believe this stock is going to prosper but most of all it went up because of momentum. Once the momentum is over so is PHOT for now.

I agree but would like to fine tune that statement a little, and this is just my opinon.. but I think PHOT went up because of the momentum in the MJ industry. If the momentum in the industry keeps going, and I think it will, then PHOT will follow.

I get the feeling that the states are going to thumb their noses at Sessions. Vermont certainly did by having the House pass a bill to legalize. Colorado and Oregon have pretty much come out and said as much too. But the big clincher to me is the money. This is an industry that deals in Billions of dollars, and money talks. Let's hope it talks loud and clear.
