PHOT was not going up because they are making money because they are not. PHOT went up because of what people saw in the future and believe this stock is going to prosper but most of all it went up because of momentum. Once the momentum is over so is PHOT for now. Hopefully we will get a news announcement like Trump firing Sessions or change of laws but until that happens PHOT is way to unpredictable.
