I think she did. After all, by the time of the revocation hearing in 2005, everyone knew all about the Edwards stock sales through NevWest. That was tens of millions, I believe. And probably she had a pretty good idea of much of the rest. After all, she had the TA logs, and thanks to Pedro, so did we. It was easy enough to track the issuances and sales from certificated stock.
I never wrote to the NY AG's office about Stewie, but I did complain about him--and his puppet Megas--to the SEC. Evidently they didn't listen. I'm still convinced they really did cut a deal with Pino early on, and then got cold feet in late July or early August, when shareholders began complaining, and pretended it had never happened.
