That's the problem when one is dealing with someone like Tony. Read the sticky compiling his list of failures. Why would anyone trust that he's capable of creating a viable business or even desiring to do so? The OTC is a self enrichment mechanism for all involved.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
