No one has said RMRK will be suspended. Unaccountably, there are a rather large number of delinquent filers that the SEC has failed to deal with appropriately.

But it's absurd to suggest that RMRK is somehow "special", and so won't be called to account. It is a delinquent filer, and so susceptible to an enforcement action by the SEC. To imagine it somehow isn't is to ignore the facts.
