YOU HAVE though seen me put out the 8K that stated that BOTH PREFERRED and COMMON shares """ARE BOTH EQUITY""", and yes I made reference to Both of those possibly being issued LTI's, which I openly voiced my opinion to that NOT TAKING PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
