Not saying that all - just pointing out that there is a time limit for filing & he clearly didn't convert that much back in 2016. Plus if what you are saying is true then Alpha must have owned most of the series C stock -- 40 series C converted into 166,667 common in 2016 along with another 186 series C converted into 775,000 common shares before Oct 2017 which is more than his $800+k Not to mention, your excerpt in last post seemed to indicate that he still has 78 series c left to convert into 325K common which means he owned 304 of the 400 company issued....
