Ah, so are you saying that even though they didn't have 5% of the common in 2016, they should have been reported as 5+ because it was possible they might control more than 5% if they converted a bunch of series C like they did in 2017 (and they reported in 2017)?

The stuff you cut and pasted looks correct and fits with their common share position. I doubt they owned more than 5% of the common more than 45 days before filing like they're supposed to. So I see no issue with that.

Soon they may not have to report because they'll be less than 5 percent holders if they keep selling at this rate.
