I requested the latest information from the Transfer agent from Mike & he got the numbers from the TA and responded to me earlier. I just realized, the transfer agent is reporting the Authorized shares at 4 Billion not 6 Billion like the OTC site is reporting. Why would the OTC reporting something different? The Outstanding shares appear to be the same at approximately 2.6 Billion shares.
