An increase to 400M A/S does not concern me. It likely doesn't concern those who bought shares after that announcement.

'PhenixBleu' For a Co. that NOW wants to increase their share count to 400 million a 38% INCREASE of their current #, I have serious reservations, even if they're making a paltry $1500 per Quarter, this will be highly dilutive.
