Why are the last 10 years relevant? MPP only truly returned to power in 2016. In 2008, they had to form a coalition government with the DP. In 2012, they lost to the DP.
If you had some specific insights into why the MPP can't bring rail to fruition now with a supermajority in Parliament, I think we'd all be very interested in hearing them.
