You see that move of the embassy as"Bullying" other nations? - NO, the MOTUS' stunt to bully other nations to do what he wanted and "taking names" if they didn't do as he said, embarrassed the U.S. on the world stage as 128 nations told him to stuff it!
Thanks to the MOTUS, the U.S. can no longer be a neutral participant in negotiations between Israel and Palestine.
