I had not idea the market makers manipulated this stock by flagging it for strange trading - read: they have a huge short position and didn't want to get screwed so their call their buddy at Scottrade, Etrade, Ameritrade etc. who put the stock on the "volatile" (LOL) list.
The result: The market makers have a huge amount of cheap stock to sell into any run. Why? because when they restrict on-line buying, the run stops because you can only SELL your stock. Everybody sells into the decline.
