a person who tells lies.



That description fits Mark Kay, and SFOR management. Promising things that never come to be.

If I'm wrong, ill say I'm wrong, I have no problem with that, but I'm not a liar!

Has Mark Kay said he was a "LIAR" in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017? Because it has been proven he was.

LIAR is reserved for someone who intentionally tells lies, like MARK KAY.. I just show past history and facts, I don't make promises that don't come to be...
