Perhaps the reson that Offor has no worry owning 43percent as opposed to 51 percent is because he knows FAB owns 60 million and will follow his lead in every case,despite the litigation.After all,he borrowed the money from them to pay for operations,so aside from the settled lawsuit,he was on good business terms with FAB,which is Nigerian
