Nobody is going to give Offor what he wants....

for his relinquishing control of the company!....and nobody is going to make a huge buyin, if that can't get control.

Why should Offor sell his control for pennies on the dollar, to make a bunch of foreign shareholder happy..Why?

Eveybody seems to want SEO to fall on his sword, so they can make a profit selling their shares....Its just not going to happen.

It's a catch 22....SEO won't sell out his control, and nobody in their right mind will do a buyin unless they get control.

The only highly unlikely saving grace might be the Chinese just go hog wild, and decide to buy the whole ball of wax for $10 billion dollars.
