There are hundreds of pages of legal documents between Apple, LQMT and CIP,created over a span of years at $400 an hour, in excruciating legalese and minute detail. Which can be disputed and taken apart for another $400 an hour, often by some of the same lawyers, but the response will be another $400 an hour so that becomes $800, and so on. Who has the deepest pockets?

This is an American problem, that has been exported to (shoved down the throats of) other countries we do business with, especially emerging markets. However in most places, a handshake from a reputable person has been worth much more because of corrupt judiciary, lawsuit enforcement of contracts thus being a joke, but once again who has the deepest pockets. In this case, however the venue is the USA.

Enter the Dragon. Now we pile on Eontec, LqmtHK, et alia, which may or may not have any jurisdictional issues, much less contractual. For example, far as I know, Eontec has no contracts with LQMT, at the moment. Then of course we have Patent issues, cross border and cross licensing. It hardly gets more complex/controversial than that.

My point here, is that no-one here really knows or can know how this fleshes out or even what the plan is, because if you do, that is insider information from one party or another. Thus, we speculate. As we should.
