I'm afraid that you misunderstood the gist of my post.

Your post, 137164, provided the limitations of Apple's use of LQMT's trademarks, i.e., cannot be used on "any materials other than amorphous metal alloys or composite materials included within the LMT Technology."

My post was merely stating that Apple has perpetual rights to use LQMT's trademarks in the field of consumer electronics. I believed that it was not necessary to include the usage limitation because I felt that most people understood that already.
