I don't know about other unexpected great news. The recent S&L publishing update was, imo, sneakily some of the best news we've gotten in awhile in terms of potential; we didn't respond particularly well to that. Oh well! We'll wait on the audit then, im not worried. Didn't Mike point out that we're 4 weeks in on the 2-6 week period that is typical for closing procedures in an audit? Even then I wonder if that's more of a typical timeline as opposed to an audit spanning 3 years across multiple subs. If it's in 2018, cool. If it comes before then, even better.
This isn't aimed at you DS, just more of an observation in general - I don't get the whining. Either you trust Roger (and I can't see why you wouldn't after everything that has happened) and it's taking longer than you'd like to flip, or you don't trust him in which case I would question your investment. I won't concern myself with either scenario. A lot of us have our eyes on years down the road, not weeks.
