In this case a merger would seem the way to go for li, Apple does not want this to happen, lqmt could close the doors and force Apple, on the other hand Apple could just build another lqmt...wow this could get bad, that’s why we’re a penny stock and not on the nasdaq....

I truly don’t believe any of this would happen, I can’t see either company dealing in bad faith, these are all tactical situations that are left for both companies to ponder so no one goes rouge ;)
