If it was distributed by any multinational wire service besides Globe, I would be shocked that it got through. But Globe's standards for customers and verification are much lower than Businesswire and PR Newswire.

Globe should not have ever accepted such a shoddy release from a purported first-time client. But they seem to be so desperate for new business, it seems they don't care as long as they get paid.

But, if the management of the Company was somehow involved and is just claiming to deny knowledge of the release to cover their tracks, than Globe has a responsibility to turn over the information to the SEC. Especially since they are owned by NASDAQ, an SRO with certain legal responsibilities to report fraudulent activity.
