Offor could have gotten word of somethng happening. I'm sure Nigeria has their moles in both US gov't agencies and large oil coprporaions as oil deals are the life blood of the country and Offor could have been warned.
Or Jeter through his extensive Government contacts could have heard something was brewing.
Hence the rushing of Franklin on whose loyalty Offor could depend to ERHC Houston offices.
If your premise with Electick is correct I would expect less detailed emails from him in the future.
I wonder though if all of these notes are a little over the head of he average OTC invesor/trader. We'll see.
I have always felt over the years, however that manipulations in the SP of ERHC were oriiginating on the United States side of the Atlantic and not in Nigeria though I have endured vebal abuse on the board for such perceptions.
