Balance, you have a relatively well documented set of posts to shows that their could be an organized move to launch a hostile takeover of ERHC.

It could be that Brandhuber has some US Government connections and the US is not happy with Offor's choice of partners or NIgerias recent choices for NEEZ awards.

Though Offor would have been happy to work with US corporaions if they offered the deals of Sinopec and Addax.

I always thought tht Franklin was rushed over to ERHC offices without a complete bacground check to keep an eye on Brandhuber and that is one of the reaons why his appointment so infuriated Walter.

I have also thought it odd that a person like Brandhuber with an international reputation as an attorney continued to send private Emails to people about present-future plans for ERHC and never took the few minutes required to compose the eagerly awaited leter to shareholders.

After he decided to resign he was happy to show the ideal letter to shareholders he composed and his definitive plans for a road show to friendly shareholders in Houston such as Fishdog and Electick only to have all cancelled by the FBI raid and investigations.

I keep wondering, why wasn't the letter to shareholders posted before the FBI raid?

Shareholders phoned the Houston office and wrote Emails to Walter on many, many occaisons for months but the letter to shareholders was never posted on the ERHC website.

I received two personal Emails from Walter and J.Dubs received one telling of a CNBC interview aznd the road show.

Why was the letter to shareholders never posted during the months between the JOA agreements and the FBI raid?

Was Walter under orders from an even higher agency/authority not to post the letter to shareholders and I do not refer to Offor?

Of course our current CEO who is in the Hosuton offfice is a long tern Offor-Chrome employee.
