Electick...you seem to have a short memory of what YOU posted. Let me remind you:

First is your post on how close you are involved with ERHC and what Walter Brandhubber is working on:

"His deal? There are many groups swirling in teh waters of the GOG."
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=13660424

Notice there is no denial of WB working on a deal for ERHC. Moreover, you have countless times bragged of your relationship with same. I'm glad you had the integrity not to lie and indicate WB is not working on a deal as this poster believes he knows better. Sadly, this is likely why WB resigned....more money brokering a deal which can't be done (and make extra monies) while serving as CEO.

"I was in the office during the FBI raid. Among myself and associates we control many millions of shares."
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=13656374

Wow...close with WB, close to the inner dealing at ERHC and holding many millions of shares with associates.

Electick stated, "Tell me, would you vote your shares for EO or a more experienced management group with storng financial backing?"
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=13551491

This is a strong indicator of just what kind of deal is on the table. The same group maybe trying a hostile take over as evidenced by this post of Electicks:

Here is further indication that perhaps even a hostile attempt at takeover may be in the works:

"BTW 51% is not required, it is perfection. Control can and is often had with far less than perfection."
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=13552874

And yet another Electic post indicating he is involved in getting a deal to go through:

EO would not need to sell all his shares, only enough to cede voting control."
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=13694397

And what tactics are being played through shareholders in a probable attempt to pressure/leverage SEO to accept a deal?

Electick posted the follow anti Offor slams:

"Remember that no major wants to have to "manage" EO, no major can afford to buy all at the "asking price" too much blue sky, controlling interest only takes 51% voting shares."
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=13551491

"BB no major would get involved at any level with the loose cannon still rolling around on the decks. No partial with EO still in the deal is what I am being told and the price is still too high."
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=13599854

"SEO is the reason your stock price is where it is, do you not realize that if he were not here the value of the assets would not be discounted nearly as much as they are."
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=13610618

"NO BB SEO is the loose cannon."
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=13610647

"Also if he has increased the value of the assets then why is the price where it is??? BECAUSE he is also percieved as devaluing the very same assets.
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=13631717

"As to my desires to negatively impact the SP I assure you that I hold more shares than most and wish only upside, however I also know more than most and in my opinion the true value of this company will never be realized with SEO in the chairmans seat. I dont even care if they announce the rig contract next week and then strike the friggen mother load, we will never get the same value on assets as other less impaired companies with real management."
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=13631834

"Art of course I agree with this point, but our rise will be constrained by the SEO factor."
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=13631886

"Yes the price is too high because no large institutional investors, industry or otherwise consider the risk of SEO in the deal is worth the price."
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=13633747

"You people give SEO way more credit than he derves."
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=13660496

"Nobody on wall street or main street would consider EO as an enhancement to the company's assets IMHO."
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=13694354

"BTW even the nigerians at FAB would like to see EO step down (according to nigerian sources (please dont ask))."

......all said, it is apparant to me and probably most ERHC shareholders that you are deeply involved with an "association" (your words, not mine) that is trying to gain controlling interest of this stock. In all liklihood, Ex CEO Walter Brandhubber is also involved in this same deal. By all appearances, Sir Emeka Offor is not folding his control of the company to this experienced management team and thus the resorts to slam SEO. Kind of funny a stockholder admitting to owning many millions of shares for many many years and knowing who actually runs the co (read SEO) and then slamming him with your recent comments. Very transparent IMHO.

I am aware of strong rumorings that WB is working on a deal. You obviously are very well aware of same and probably are deeply involved based on your posts. It gives strong indications of just why our sp is what it is today. Not SEO...but this association you speak of and the attempt to takeover controlling interest. It is, and has been, in their (read yours and WB) to hold down ERHC's sp so the deal you can afford to put on the table looks good.

Many of us watched NITE and TDCM sell into each and every run. The sellers appear to have been this association. Each and every run stiffled. Stepped on. BSK's post of perhaps WB putting the SEC and DOJ "may be" not all that far fetched. WB makes sure ERHC is clean then puts the dogs on us in an ugly attempt to hold down our sp all while the association is picking up the shares be sold to add to their many millions of shares for a possible hostile attempt. Interesting concept....especially coming from BSK.

Regardless, you have convinced me that you, ELECTICK, have a very obvious agenda and are currently trying to sell shareholders into believing nobody will ever want ERHC. BS. When theirs oil.....they will and you know it. That is probably why you are acting desperate here....as drilling dates move forward.

Maybe even Oily's "read the details of the deal closely" comments?

No baiting necessary Electick. You bit a baitless hook in your blatant attempt to sell shareholders your agenda...the deal you are working hard at selling.

You, Electic, oversold your agenda.

I always said I would raise the flag here. Its raised and its bright red!!!
