looks like the so called sting has so far nailed a insider and the company he was scamming the share holders with..for some reason IBM has resigned from cmkx as well as the attorney and IBM has not been heard from.. except to tell the NYT reporter he was stiffed by UC ....... looks to me like the rest of the insiders are going next .......Jefferies will be naming the other 111 billion cmkx long position seller' soon - So who will it be? kooch or casavant? or redbaby
