You should be aware that real certs only carry the signature of the authorizing person done by Hand and in Ink.

Rubber Stamp sigs and computer generated sigs do not work for these guys , even though they recieved them in the mail and from the recognized transfer agent.

UC never sold any shares or authorized any to be sold(Bulk Cert held by UC)
