What interests me is why COR is appealing. And on what grounds. I could understand their insistence if what happened was something that was likely to happen again, and COR wanted to set a precedent that would favor any clearing firm caught in the middle in the future.

But it's quite unlikely that we'll ever see this same set of circumstances involving any other group of actors.
