Sure they can "test" it...but DPT's "tech" is competing with many many other commercially proven technologies.

If his product was to have been good enough to get to the point of "testing" by the government or anyone else, it would surely have done so years ago when he had actual VC funding.

But now he pops back up this year with the same "tech" that was pushed years ago, without apparent success, associated with an OTC penny stock.

That is the bottom of the barrel.

If some want to think it is just a matter of DPT being "undiscovered"...fine...

...but that flies in the face of a 6-7 year history of nothing happening with it.
