It won't be until 2019 that Gritstone Oncology conduct a proof-of-concept trial. As for Neon Therapeutics then they already have published data. Other trials are testing it in combo with PD1 blockade in melanoma, bladder and NSCLC. For ndGBM it's feasible and in this indication they will also combine with PD1 blockade too. Other trials are ongoing/will open for rGBM, renal, breast, lymphoma, prostate and pancreatic.
