From ADRO’s CC today: They plan to announce pLADD (neoantigen vaccine using listeria vector) proof-of-concept immunogenicity data after treating a "small double digit" number of patients in the phase-1 trial in progress in non-MSI CRC patients.

ADRO considers two private companies—Neon Therapeutics (http://neontherapeutics.com/about-us/ ) and Gritstone Oncology (https://gritstoneoncology.com/ ) to be their main competitors in the neoantigen-vaccine arena.
