Couldn't disagree more. Lets revisit this statement next week. This is a steal under .15. Use of Kodiak "put agreement" alone is always at their discretion to move this stock up wherever they want to. My guess is they wont use it until were back in the .20s which is the direction were heading simply based on milestone achievements. Phase 2 occupancy changes this game significantly and were on top of it in the next 2 weeks if not sooner. I'm with them and a believer. Not always a fan of particular moves they make or deadlines missed but at the end of the day I have met this team and trust them!
