Exactly Phoenix...1st time I've ever had the pleasure of seeing anyone attempt to knock a public company for having a class of control block series A preferred shares!!!

If the old CEO didn't create that control block then he never would've been successful in finding any CEO or Company to put into this public vehicle right!!!

New CEO's need control blocks otherwise they have ZERO logical reason for inserting value-driven assets into the public vehicles they take over.

And lucky for us CEO Kovacevic is finally on the verge of divulging ALL the products/assets that came from FERN's 1st acquisition last summer of Worldwide Sun...who we now know was a very relevant private company 3 full years ago when they were closely aligned with the former Canadian Exchange listed Q Solar that traded at a $100M Market Cap before Q Solar ceased operations woot-woot:)
