PENNYMACHINE: Could you be kind enough to answer some questions for me. I am a shareholder of VCPS. Do you like VCPS? Also, can VCPS go up to .0003 or higher without a reverse stock split? It is 0 bid right now.....Can FINRA deny VCPS a reverse stock split or can they do it without FINRA permission?.......Thank you......Kip
