So, as I stated, there is nothing from Coopervision to verify... just EPGL's side of the story...

"Why Coopervision asked for the exclusivity of the Epgl technologies 9 months earlier than planned ? " - Says who?

"Why Coopervision didnot stop immediately the cooperation because Epgl refused to give exclusivity before it was planned ? instead they asked mediation with lawyers. " - Says who?

"Why They pursued the R&D after the "dispute" ? " - Says who?

"why Coopervision would accept a license they dont want because it would be worthless accordintg to them ? " - As co-inventors they have full rights to use the invention... BY PATENT LAW! No license needed...

"Why they would accept even a limited license without value ? " - There is no license.

"Why Coopervision would pay for this worthless technology ?" - What did they pay exactly? R&D is generally a fixed cost.
