but Why Coopervision asked for the exclusivity of the Epgl technologies 9 months earlier than planned ?

Why did they want the exclusivity on ALL Epgl technologies ?

Why Coopervision didnot stop immediately the cooperation because Epgl refused to give exclusivity before it was planned ? instead they asked mediation with lawyers.

Why They pursued the R&D after the "dispute" ?

Why they have been keeping to file patents applications with Epgl after their "dispute" ?

why Coopervision would accept a license they dont want because it would be worthless accordintg to them ?

Why they would accept even a limited license without value ?

Why Coopervision would pay for this worthless technology ? Why spending money on R&D if they didnot want to ?
