So a large company's failure to waste their time and money publicly denying a claim by a stinky pinky seen by a few dozen people is proof that what the pinky says is factual... I see!

EPGL rebuffed an effort by CooperVision to have a exclusive Option to License EPGL technology several months earlier than anticipated.


Surely that would have been in writing by Coopervision, right?

Anyone seen a copy?
