From the looks of it, this $12m may be their last raise.

This has been posted about virtually every raise over the last 2 years.

It is very possible this is not even the last raise this week. Did you not catch the line in the 424B5:

... upon certain negotiations currently under way with respect to outstanding warrants,

The burn in Q3 was $6M. We have no idea how much of the $12M is already earmarked to paying Cognate, exiting AP and paying those mystery "advanced payments".

I seriously doubt this will last through Q1 of '18.
