You should re-read the thread about RS. I was only responding to others that brought it up.

I personally see no RS unless 1 of 2 things happens. 1) PPS drops to trips and likely, though not necessarily, $.0001 or 2) in combination with an uplist.

Of course, it can happen anytime he wants because he can do whatever he wants with the Stock.
