At times, Da seems very passionate but that 3.85M fund raise last March with ALL of those warrants put a cap on this so tight it's ridiculous.

He needs Fluti on store shelves before March 1st - how does he get the distribution money and marketing funds to pay for it ? My guess is he will probably need money to launch at least another product or two as well. Why is he even focused on that part of it now ??

** Even if he tosses out a national commercial or two...we're easily looking at $2.5M minimum for that type of national ad. Cash on hand was 1.3M back on 9/30 (over 2 months ago). Da needs a deep-pocket partner and fast along with Call Center REPS that are able to cross-sell
