I think you might even be more optimistic and correct than me about DK...
I like it to $35-37, but if I hold it till 40 it will be because I it happens fast.

I do like the undervalued cheap out of favor plays better for appreciation, and when their is juicy yield thrown in I am more apt to jump.

Can I quote so many here?
