IMO your post intended as sarcasm but in reality it is gibberish.

My guess - Dr M is running a secret program - he promised that he will start 3 trials before end of 2017 - he is CEO of small biotech - so we should take his word at face value.

I tend to agree with many posters here that - he wants to give a surprise to all share holders and attack shorts - so he must have already started the trials already - he is so close to fda that he got approval from fda to keep the trials secret so he has not registered the trials on clinicaltroals.gov site

He does not want people AF to criticize the company and delay availability of A2-73 to patients under compassionate use - as such he will not issue any PR

He will tell all of SH about great results after the trial is completed in Sept 2019

This strategy will let the SP ho down and the true believers in science and true longs can keep on buying loads of shares as the SP goes down

This will also ensure that there is sufficient interest by investors and they can keep on talking about published results and keep on speculating finer points of trials / dosing / slope of decline and show theoretically how A2-73 better than every other ALZ drug
