eace2001, here with SHMN Reverse Split Cancellation...

This is huge news for SHMN going forward as it now positions the company to positively move forward to where investors will pay attention to any new growth they have to announce.

The company stating that the Outstanding Shares (OS) is 1.25 Billion shares and that the company has not sold any shares is huge too. This means that all of the trading today have been all retail.
