Do you have any numbers to support your contentions? Right now the numbers are different, record money flowing into equity mutual funds, lopsided AAII numbers, apart of the last two days, excessive call buying, excess optimism as indicated by the number of stocks above their various moving averages and the list goes on. Don't listen to what they say, listen to what they do, and what they do indicates excessive and lopsided, almost silly bullishity.
