Zeev: In reference to your 8/19 statement "the autumn decline ( into the 1400?) is in the card with the way 1640 is handled in the next three weeks or so."

I seriously doubt that that 1640 will be broken in the next swoon down. This coming Sept./Oct may be different from the historical norm since virtually everybody pro and J6P are expecting down on Sept./Oct. and the market has and will surprise such an overwhelm view. The only danger will be coming 9/11 anniversary and will have a short term swoon down totally due to memory and fear of 9/11/01. It will take at least one decade or more to heal that wound.
