My July 17th note (#msg-1217194) is still in force, I just noted this number since it could be a stepping stone to the 450 level of new highs if the Naz breaks up above the 1771 level. Right now I do not think that is very likely, any break would be marginal. I actually have us finishing this week down (see #msg-1329089 and #msg-1329089). As I suggested, we should had an inkling as to the severity of the autumn decline ( into the 1400?) is in the card with the way 1640 is handled in the next three weeks or so.
