on the 5 year increased value of the IP is time. If we wait long enough, something better will come along.

I do have an open question. What would inhibit Li from taking a majority
ownership of LQMT? Someone suggested that would be an issue under LQMTHK
regulations. Is that the case? And if so, why could he not add to his personal share ownership to achieve majority? Of course there is also the
Apple right of first refusal, which would presumably have to be worked through beforehand. I ask this because I don't understand why that has not already happened. Most especially if the share price continues to
recede, he does not need that many more shares to take the majority.
